At El Coyote Tacos y Tequila, we are passionate about bringing authentic Mexican food to our customers. Our journey began over 20 years ago when Fernando, started working in Mexican restaurants in California and Las Vegas. He brings his passion for Tequila and Tacos to the PNW at El Coyote Tacos y Tequila.

"El Coyote is a great addition to downtown Vancouver...The 'El Coyote' specially taco was overflowing with toppings and I believe it was the 'El Cochinito' taco which had the roasted pork belly was just delightful. Last, but not least, the margaritas were phenomenal. If it wasn't a Tuesday when we had gone, we would have had a few more."
"Loved this place! Food and drinks were good. I got the fish and shrimp tacos. Drinks were strong. They were kind of messy to eat since they were so big but really tasty! This is a very kid friendly place. Lots of area for kids to play and they supplied bubbles and chalk."
